Troubled superstar Michael Jackson will not face a new probe into allegations of child abuse despite TV documentary admissions that he shares his bedroom with children.

But Santa Barbara County District Attorney Thomas Sneddon said that under Californian law, merely sleeping with a child without "affirmative, offensive conduct" was not a criminal offence. "Sleeping in bed with a kid is not a crime that I know of," he said.

Jackson was never charged, but later reached a multi-million-dollar out-of-court settlement with the boy's family.
The 44-year-old singer said in ITV1's - Living With Michael Jackson - a Tonight Special, that he had slept in a bed with "many children", including actor Macaulay Culkin and his brother Kieran.

"It's not sexual. We're going to sleep. I tuck them in," he said. "It's very charming. It's very sweet."

But Gloria Gruber, president of Prevent Child Abuse California, called for state authorities to interview the children with whom he had shared his bed after the programme was screened in the US last night.

"The fact that he sleeps with children who are unrelated to him is definitely a red flag and concern," she said.

So wacko jacko has another case goin on against him..What else is new! YOu believe he is innocent or u jus plainly feel sorry for the guy.I saw the interview with jackson ( The wholw Bashir Fiasco) and the 14yr old kid sittin next to him holdin hands.Honestly it was not jus their body language that seemed inappropriate and therefore the way they were holdin hands was suggestive of the fact tht perhaps there was more to it than meets the eye.I also remeber jacko tellin Mr Bashir tht he allowed the kid to sleep in his bed with him.....When asked to explain himself....he simply stated tht he saw nothin wrong in sharing a bed with a child...its all in the mind and he couldnt help it if ppl think dirty about the whole thing. He later claimed tht he didnt actually sleep on the bed but rather on the ground!! hello.....do u think we r like stupid!

I finally went to watch 'Kal Ho Na Ho' yesterday.I absolutely adored the movie..its an extremeli sentimetal, cranky ,sad kinda movie. I must have a lot of willpower to stop myself from crying...I dun like crying in public. But i swaer if i had to watch it alone i wud have bawled buckets.Shah Rukh Khan was brilliant and why not he is my favourite actor :-) There is nothin more i hate in the theatre except when ppl enter in late and walk all over the place right in front of the screen...morons!!

Kal Ho Naa Ho takes place in Manhattan, New York, and is the story of three friends, Aman, Rohit (Saif Ali Khan), and Naina (Preity Zinta), who travel on a journey that teaches them the true meaning of friendship. It teaches them to discover themselves, and to find the courage to live through times of happiness and times of sorrow.
With the constant arguments and bickering in her semi-Punjabi/semi-Christian family, Naina, 23, is completely distraught by the conditions which surround her. In addition to this, she is bombarded with the responsibilities of taking care of her younger brother and sister, as well as helping her mother, Jennifer (Jaya Bachchan) handle the family’s economical complications.

For Naina Catherine Kapur (Preity Zinta), life is cold, grey and dull as it has been ever since a family tragedy shook her world. Between the constant bickering in her half- punjabi half-catholic household, her grandmother's temper, looking after her little sister and brother, helping her mother (Jaya Bachchan), deal with the family's financial troubles - Naina has no time for things like parties, fun... or herself. She's twenty-three going on fifty. She is serious. She is boring.

Kal Ho Na Ho is the story of Aman, Rohit and Naina's journey together - how they discover themselves, find the courage to love and come together to celebrate life!

Pic of Shah Rukh Khan....Droolllllllllllllllllllll ;-)
