We had an HR Meet yesterday on "Value Creation and Human Development". Now when you hear names of people in the top positions in well known companies who are supposed to deliver a speech on the above topic one would sit up and take notice right?. WRONG.

The first session was started off the MD of Weikfield Products ltd. whose very first sentence was "I have not prepared myself for the topic, but I will just talk in general about HRD. I don't think he really knew what he was talkin bout. He just went on in bits n pieces bout some randomn shit that nobody gave a damn bout. Not to mention the fact that he took 30seconds to say 4 four words followed by a freezing of hand n facial expressions! He was apparently 'thinking'. Oh but this is just the beginning...

The Second dude was even worse. He had to talk bout Labour laws and he just simply refused to talk into the mike. I mean you would think that this guys has never spoken on a mike before. In any case he went about muttering somethin in them most pathetic english i have ever heard. Its pretty obvious none of us understood what he was sayin or why he was even called here.

The only saving grace was the VP from a top BPO here and her blah blahs bout Call Centers. But for some strange reason majority of her speech whent in defending BPO's in general..YAWNNNNNN....hey lady we all know work is outsourced here coz labour is cheap so why try and twist the truth around ehy....

Oh well anyways flop show it was..but atleast the food was good. Yes food makes me happy ;)

Its been a long time ive visited u guys. Let me see what everyone has been upto ;)
